Try a Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lesson (ATM) for free online! Please note: it is very beneficial to do ATMs with a live instructor, who can tailor and shape the lesson to meet the needs students in the class. If you do elect to work from recordings, you must be your own lifeguard- if you feel tired or strained while doing a movement, take a rest. If it feels like a movement will aggravate an injury you have, close your eyes and imagine doing the movement while you lie still. I know that it seems very foreign, but doing a lesson in a easy going, inquisitive manner with a lot of rests is what will have the greatest positive results.
